Current regulations of the Russian language (spelling and punctuation) with a fast and smart looking, as the site http://therules.ru/. Write "tsya" - see the rules about soft sign at the ends of verbs, write "nn" - read all about the double-n. The application works fast even on older phones, it has a nice interface and a beautiful icon. Internet when the program is not used.
