GymGoal ABC (ABC DzhimGol) - is primarily a qualitative exercise base - the same base, which includes the full version. In addition, the program consists of exercises and all the calculators.
If you do not want to burn approaches and weight, but feel that you do not interfere with a good reference book of exercises and calculators - this version is for you.
FEATURES
• 280 exercises. You can add your own. You can attach your images to the exercises.
• Animation (installed on the iPhone), drawings, instructions and advice.
• 52 workout. You can enter your own.
• A set of calculators: 1RM (absolute maximum), Body Mass Index, Basal Metabolism, Target Heart Rate, Daily Consumption, Percent Body Fat - writing, history, drawing in all the calculators.
• You can save a backup copy of all your data on a server (for free).
